Unique local spot with made to order fresh sandwiches, wraps etc. Since it is freshly made and made to order it does take a little longer than most places but it is so worth it. This will be my go to while I’m in the area. Staff was extremely friendly and love how they have a pay it forward wall. So unique, so local and can’t wait to try something different next time.
Food is great, let’s give credit where credit is due. And from what I can see they give back to the communities as well which is awesome.
But 40 min wait for 2 sandwiches? No thanks. We came in on a Friday afternoon, placed the order at 1:47pm, I know this for a fact cause I was texting a friend at that time. We didn’t get our sandwich until 2:27. The shop wasn’t busy at least not the dine in.
I agree with other reviewers, the kitchen is extremely unorganized. I manage restaurants myself and there’s no reason for 2 sandwiches to take that long. The funny part is, people who came in in the next 20 mins after we ordered, got their food the same time we did, so there’s something definitely wrong with how the kitchen is operated.
The one girl and one boy in the kitchen look frazzled most the time and there’s just no flow.
I love local joints and will choose to support them over chains, but this place needs a game plan for their kitchen.
My second time here. First time was so awesome! But today I stopped by to pick up a take out order and when I got home and opened my sandwich to eat it, i noticed the bread looked dark on the inside and upon closer inspection, it was completely burned!! Talk about disappointment! I had to take the meat out and grab my loaf of white bread out of the pantry and use it, which was horrible. I dont know why anyone would ever send out burned up bread and ruining someone's meal instead of just taking two more mins to toast another bun. I tipped for this????
Very good food, reasonably priced. Service was friendly. They are not fast though, so don't be in a hurry. We will be back.
Picked up the Reuben sandwich to go. After walking in, I wished I had chosen to eat in. Cozy atmosphere with soft lighting. Casual music. An Elvis love song was playing.
The Reuben was sizable; half was plenty filling. Bread was tasty and well toasted. The corned beef was substantial and the hot Swiss cheese seemed to be melted throughout. Sauerkraut was not overpowering, but complemented the other flavors. Delicious!!!
Absolutely amazing! How have I driven by this place so many times and not eaten here? Cheesesteak was so good...add onions and peppers as was suggested to me.
Great place. Loved the vibe, awesome food and friendly staff. I'll be back to try more of the menu.
Stopped in for a Reuben. They made it just the way I wanted it. The sandwich was delicious and reasonably priced. Everything comes wrapped to go, so unfortunately no pickle spears on the side. Some of the best corned beef I've found in the area. I'll definitely be back.
